Three roles, three jobs
Organization admin turns on class policy, the plan, and user import. Teachers assign Speaking tasks or a speaking exam by class and read reports. Students speak with school-issued accounts. There is no parent login.
Academic admin is optional
When several office staff split classes, organization admin adds an academic admin and authorizes classes. They also sign in as Organization, but cannot change policy, branding, or the plan. A small school can let organization admin create classes directly.
Do not mix this with Oral
The split above is for the full teaching product. If you embed speaking in your own product, accounts and scores stay in your system via DodoSpeak Oral—not this teacher / organization console. Steps are in Help Center.
